Our Hiring Practices

Novavax does not accept unsolicited resumes from vendors, including recruitment agencies and/or search firms. Recruiting vendors must get approval from the Head of Human Resources before submitting any resumes to Novavax. Novavax will not pay a fee to any recruiting vendor, agency, or firm that does not have a valid and current agreement on file.

Vendors, approved or not, must not contact Novavax hiring managers regarding these matters. At this time, we are not adding vendors to our vendor list. However, if interested in future consideration, please feel free to submit your company’s information. Company information should include the agency name, contact name, address, phone number, fax, and recruiting specialties. We will refer to these files should our needs change in the future, and we are interested in your services.
